The Aloha Freight Hawai‘i Pipeline Bodyboarding Championship is the world’s premier bodyboarding event held at the legendary Banzai Pipeline on O‘ahu’s North Shore, bringing together the sport’s top international and Hawaiian athletes to compete in the most iconic and challenging wave on the planet. Run within a multi-day holding period and staged on the best three days of surf, the championship honors the birthplace of bodyboarding while providing a global platform for the sport’s continued growth and progression. The event features a total prize purse of $22,000, with equal prize money awarded to the Men’s and Women’s Pro divisions, and includes the full range of competitive divisions: Open Men’s Pro, Open Women’s Pro, Drop-Knee, Junior, Pro Junior, and Masters, showcasing both the next generation of talent and the legends of Pipeline.
